The
well received ClubBIZ scheme introduced by the N.S.W.
government and ClubsNSW in 2002 provided a much-needed boost
to many of our client clubs. The purpose of the scheme was
to assist clubs experiencing financial difficulty or hardship
to take advantage of an independent review of their operations.
Phil
Bennett Consulting was pleased that 43 clubs (about 10% of
all applicants) asked us to be their service provider in the
ClubBIZ Business Health Check process.
We
also assisted each Club to prepare their funding submissions
to ClubBIZ as a complimentary service to them in appreciation
of their business.
Even
more pleasing was the fact that most of our client clubs received
funding for capital investment and business improvement strategies.
