ClubBIZ Business Improvement Scheme

The well received ClubBIZ scheme introduced by the N.S.W. government and ClubsNSW in 2002 provided a much-needed boost to many of our client clubs. The purpose of the scheme was to assist clubs experiencing financial difficulty or hardship to take advantage of an independent review of their operations.

Phil Bennett Consulting was pleased that 43 clubs (about 10% of all applicants) asked us to be their service provider in the ClubBIZ Business Health Check process.

We also assisted each Club to prepare their funding submissions to ClubBIZ as a complimentary service to them in appreciation of their business.

Even more pleasing was the fact that most of our client clubs received funding for capital investment and business improvement strategies.
