Objectives

Our
experience in conducting this type of course for a large number of N.S.W.
registered clubs indicates that the course helps to enhance the self
esteem of staff and improves their knowledge of gaming machine operations,
the importance of their respective duties and the consequences of their
actions.
Duration:
One day.
The
course is conducted in a relaxed manner using a mixture of lectures,
working exercises and group discussion.
Responsible
Conduct of Gambling Course

and competencies for award of Certificate of Attainment in THHADG03A
- Provide Responsible Gaming Services – in partial completion
of Certificate IV in Hospitality (Food & Beverage Supervision).
This
mandatory training program has been designed for use by hoteliers and
secretary managers and staff of gaming venues in New South Wales. The
guidelines and suggested strategies contained in this program aim to
encourage a responsible, caring and professional approach to the responsible
conduct of gambling.
